At HPS our sole focus is on serving you, the client, to optimize your performance by offering the most comprehensive performance training service in the region. The HPS data driven training model has been refined for over a decade and has delivered results time and time again.
At Human Performance Solutions we take pride in having assembled an educated and experienced professional coaching staff. At a minimum each coach on our staff will be a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength & Conditioning Association, the gold standard certification in the field of athletic performance training.
To go along with the credentials our expert staff has trained in the fields of kinesiology, physiology, and biomechanics, and has spent years applying the science to build better and more robust athletes at the highest level of sport and consulting with global sport and government organizations.
